Join us for an informative evening with Dr. Kevin M. Pallister of Bridgewater College on July 14th at 6PM at the Massanutten Regional library in Harrisonburg. This talk covers how modern autocracies work, the experiences of countries that have transitioned from democracy to autocracy, and the possibilities for democratic renewal after an authoritarian interlude.
